Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RentAbot (rentabot.top), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

RentAbot provides booking-management software that connects to messaging channels (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) so businesses can accept and manage appointments. Businesses that subscribe are responsible for their own clients' data as Data Controllers; RentAbot acts as a Data Processor.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect any messaging channel or business asset you link to RentAbot.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not violate the platform policies of connected providers (Telegram, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Messaging channels

Connecting Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp requires authorizing RentAbot through Meta's official login/OAuth. You authorize RentAbot to send and receive messages on your behalf solely to operate the booking service. You may disconnect a channel at any time, which revokes that access.

6. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

7. Data & privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentAbot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party platforms (Telegram, Meta) or the actions of subscribing businesses.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
